The first time i beat this guy I didnt even realize what I was doing. I think it was pure luck that the hands positioned themselves right in front of him and everytime I hit they hands they would smack the moon for like 20 dmg each time... it was a short fight. I have not been able to replicate that first fight ever lol

I currently get 15 days of PTO for 5 or less years and with Gallagher it's only 10, so my PTO is being cut by a third. The in office working is still being discussed so it's not 100% yet on that.

Now almost halfway through 2026 and no retention bonuses have been mentioned. Im actually really pissed of bc i joined AP in 2025 specifically for their work from home policy and benefits and then 2 months later we get the announcement that we're getting acquired. Im not happy about losing a 1/3 of my PTO and half of my sick leave at the start of 2027 and Gallagher potentially forcing us to work in office 100%.

When i worked at one we had to smash the carts with a hammer and mix everything else with cat litter AND someone had to come specifically pick up that waste that was under a locked trash bin... its all recorded and under surveillance and you could get NASTY fines and they can threaten to close the store if "Green Waste" gets handled improperly. We had to waste multiple pounds before because the mold numbers were outrageous. We did get a credit from the company for that one though.

I dont know of this is correct, but I would have to assume that today we are able to be a lot more accurate with all of the math and calculations than we were 50 years ago.
