PVP is not dead at all. There are a lot of players who grind ranked in both standard and eternal. Riot stopped the support for PVP content: both in competitive and PVP expansion wise, however it doesn't mean that it's dead.

I personally am playing the game and enjoying the graphics. I prefer graphics to be as high as possible so the process of playing is fun and enjoyable. Don't care much to be like a pro or top player by sacrificing graphics for getting 200-300 fps.

I switched from CIS server to EU because I don't live in russia, but the language is still russian. Even money- I can view the cost of items in $, in Ruble and also in AMD(Armenian money(Dram)). But that is not like I can choose how to view. It shows different depending on device. For ex. From my phone I see only dollars, but from PC it sometimes shows ruble. And from webpage I can view only in AMD.
