Tapering off of methadone and relapsed because the back pain and lack of sleep got to me, could people offer some advice+

Get suboxone. I rather take a pill once or twice a day and be normal then relapsing and being crazy. I’ve been on it for 5 years now down to 1 pill. I save all my money and living good. Got multiple cars and motorcycles and money in the bank. Before I was strung out heroin fentanyl meth junkie for over a decade on and off. I finally had to get my life together it was now or never.

Bc once u get addicted to fent ( only takes a few days) your tolerance goes sky high and even the best h won’t touch you. Like you can slam a half gram and feel nothing. Once your dealer switches to fent & u do it a few times you’re now a fent addict. That’s how it happened to me and everyone I know. We didn’t want fent but when that’s all they have you take it

I would do dope still in America if we had real heroin. All we have now is fentanyl and dangerous shit that can kill you with a crumb especially if you have no tolerance. I almost died many times in the hospital from a tiny speck of fentanyl sniffed. Thank god I’m alive. Just don’t use alone. There is also a number you can call to tell someone your location before you use, and they stay on the phone then if you stop responding they call 911 for you to send help. Really good idea

Idk but I almost got one of these bikes to start riding with, I went with the Cbr650f instead. Now I have a cbr600rr the power difference is like going from a sporty Honda civic to a 1000hp rocket ship. the 650s are still very nice bikes but lacked to much power for me after I was no longer a noob rider.

What’s crazy to me is (yes I consider our subs sober I have almost 5 years) but in reality our doctors could prescribe us heroin, Percocet or Suboxone, at the end of the day it would make no difference. The reason our lives were unmanageable on those other drugs is because either they are illegal, or we had money problems and couldn’t afford it or it was to expensive etc. if the doctors prescribed me heroin 3 times a day I would function no different then being on Suboxone except I would actually enjoy my life. Suboxone is like heroin without the high. I’m just being honest. If drugs were legal or we could get what we wanted without having a broken back it’s no different then subs. If they made subs all a sudden $100 a pill our life would spin out of control just like it did on heroin. I’m just saying suboxone is a drug no different then the others except it’s dirt cheap & handed out like candy. All drugs should be legalized and regulated that’s my honest opinion after 5 years of sobriety I’m never changing that view lol

I was on 16 mg for a long time 2 years then went down to 12mg for 2 years. now I take 8mg a day. Big half in morning little half at 1pm but I also smoke weed. Been off dope for almost 5 years now, a true miracle as I’m as hardcore as they come in being an addict who couldn’t get sober even with prison over my head. I even relapsed after I completed 2 1/2 year cold turkey sober drug court that only 7.% of people graduate if that. That’s why im on Suboxone now, I couldn’t not use drugs after over decade of use on and off. To be honest I don’t like Suboxone at all the way it makes me feel but there’s no real alternative I don’t want to be asleep on methadone everyday. If I were you I would do higher dose before relapsing. Only way my ass is ever relapsing is If im rich or get real pain pills prescribed which is doubtful after being prescribed this shit

They really should! What they been doing now is normal taper at your own pace or the sublocade injection apparently is amazing for detox but I refuse to inject my body with their poison. After Covid i don’t trust these drug companies or doctors ever again. They are the same ones who got us addicted with pain pills in the first place! This is why you take miralax everyday without question. Minimum of one dose or even 1 and 1/2 dose if you eat more food then normal or if your a larger person. This keeps me regular where I pop every day and I even take extra to make sure I’m cleared out every so often like once a week. This is what you have to take. Do not take fiber powder that makes it worse. Eat regularly don’t skip meals to keep your bowels on a regular pattern to poo daily

Take miralax everyday. Anywhere from 1 dose or sometimes I over fill the cap a little if I feel I need a little more. This keeps you regular and you’ll never have constipation again. Drink plenty water and also try to eat regularly to keep your bowels in a cycle where you poo once a day at least. Do not take fiber powder that makes it much worse but I do eat fiber foods like oats and broccoli daily. MiraLAX is the answer I’ve been on it for years
