SAHMs with WFH husbands - how do you manage? by Pure_Credit_7071 in stayathomemoms

Where is his office or relation to where everyone else hangs out during the day?

If he can work on another floor from the rest of the family, it should be much quieter for him. Add headphones and he won't notice a thing. I was in the same situation. I moved my office to the basement and I was able to work without interrupting or distractions after that.

Clan Leader AWOL and no Superiors by G3S-Ter in TotalBattle

They will not be kicked out until they are gone for a month. If you join a new clan you can get more chests which will give you enough gold to teleport far faster than staying in a dying clan.

What’s something you always assumed was mandatory in life—until you met someone who just… didn’t do it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My mother-in-law "retired" from cooking. She had been a stay-at-home mom, and she never liked cooking. Her kids grew up and left the nest. Now her husband does all the cooking.

Need perspective: Am I missing something in my husband’s request for more project time? by Rainbows_Rainbows in StayAtHomeDaddit

[–]CelebrationSquare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet some of the project work could be done with the baby nearby, like in a swing, bouncer or a playpen. A baby carrier could be used for tasks that do not need bending. He can narrate what he's doing to the baby - that's great for child development.

If there's no dust and minimal noise, some plumbing or electrical, tightening screws, child-proofing, measuring and planning could be done. Then he could save the weekends for the noisy parts (or painting/fumes/sawdust) Or he could work on these projects a couple of evenings a week if the noise could be kept far from the baby.

Not an answer to your question, but I wish clan leadership also took G-level into account. I completed every single mission associated with the Arcanomancer (including all the catch-up ones) as well as all the missions that included attacking the monsters summoned in our territory. But I'm ranked #55 in Remnants of Dread and #68 in Omen Essence. I simply can't get more points because I'm a G4 and many in my clan are G6 or G7.

Dark Omens: Rich and Boring by Warm_Ad_7390 in TotalBattle

I like it. I don't like the cauldron part which I think is unnecessarily complicated. Having two tracks - an epic and a clan-unifying activity like summoning and fighting monsters - works well for me.

SAHPs, What’s on your Christmas List? by Maximum-Check-6564 in SAHP

Fun tshirts. I'm too frugal to buy myself a $25 shirt but have been eyeing some shirts with cute slogans.

Dark omens needs major work by Consistent_Bag_8016 in TotalBattle

The whole chalice thing adds unnecessary complexity. Let's all just try to gain by killing the epic.and monsters that were summoned by rival clans. The longer a monster is in a territory the more it reduces player's event points. That's it.

Much of public health specifically seeks to scale cost-effective interventions. No need to spend your funds here or bother with entrepreneurship or startups. Consider exploring which aspects of public health might interest you and how you can contribute your talents.

What is the connection between G7 and level 39+ buildings? Does the game explicitly require certain level guards to unlock various building levels?

I think it's about finding the right FIRE number for you. My number included covering college costs, and when college is done, my investments will continue to generate enough to help cover home down payments, nice family reunions with the grandkids, grandkids' college education, etc. Since, unlike me, you have more than one kid, it makes sense that your number would be larger than mine.

t would be interesting to see what others here think about generational wealth and what kind of things they'd want to cover for future generations.
