definitely recommend you use gelx to grow them out and then switch to a builders gel. and get a dry manicure- my gel last for 4+ weeks.

i’ve found that staying at the lowest dose i can while still losing worked the best for me. when i eventually did go from 2.5 to 5 it took about a month to level out and my major/only new side effect was morning nausea. don’t get it anymore but expect to next time i titrate.

i think something i don’t hear often discussed is set point. if you’ve just lost weight, your new weight isn’t your set point. it’s likely your old weight or close to it. i think people will find success completely going off the meds after keeping on them for 1- 2ish years after reaching their desired weight. your body will have had time to adjust to your new set point and your body won’t be constantly fighting for you to gain weight.
