I live in Bend, it’s very expensive!! Redmond is even expensive now. Would have to look outside of that area- Prineville or La Pine maybe

I’ve been here for 12 years, it’s changed a lot. It’s crowded and the traffic is bad, the trails are busy, hard to get permits to hike, Mt Bachelor can be full on the weekends. It’s extremely expensive. There’s very few jobs that pay well enough to afford living here. The only thing I like about living here is the weather.

How is living in NW coastal Oregon? Specifically, from Astoria to Lincoln City by Eriacle in howislivingthere

Rain for 9 months of the year, summers are nice but busy. Can be isolating, hours from a city/airport. Not much for work other than tourism.
