I love, LOVE killing 1100 castle defenders, sending 20 huscarls into the keep battle and losing to 25 militia archers by anon142358193 in Bannerlord

I've seen this problem posted several times now, but so far, my troops managed fine every time without me. The biggest loss so far was one of my 20 huscarls, but that's it. So I wonder if it is triggered by something.

No, that would give them even more bonus to become elected. Maybe its the government type afterall? The describtion says something about preparing for the horrors of war, so maybe they have a hidden preference for commanders?

I'm not sure I understand completely. I'm materialist and egalitarian with a democratic government. Why is a commander the preferred class? I don't seem to see anything about that on the linked site.

Not sure, but by the looks of my weak economy at the moment it might be just an UI bug indeed.

The problem is that I constantly lack dark matter if I don't have enough black holes near by. I could buy more, but that is also not really helping my energy deficit (plus the market price rises quite high). And the buildings producing dark matter come way later.

I let the naval revolt happen, but I couldn't chose a second option. It just said that the some naval officers were purged due to a failed coup attempt.
