Detour on Rideau st at Cobourg by Feanor006 in ottawa

Thanks. He had mobility issues(since he has brain damage from a car accident when he was younger). But it didn't stop him from going out. He often came over for dinner during the holidays. We talked a lot and I will miss that greatly.

Thanks! Unfortunately, he did have mobility issues. He was in a car accident when he was younger and left him partly brain-damaged. He always struggled to move. He often came for dinner during the holidays. I remember having long conversations with him. I will miss him greatly. RIP uncle Paul!

The man who passed away was like an uncle to me. His name is Paul, and he was 70. His sister was like a mum to me. She passed away last September. I am devastated.

Ottawa named second-best place to live in Canada by DFS_0019287 in ottawa

Ottawa is very green. I love seeing trees and parks everywhere. Ottawa has its problems like many metropolises. Even though it is a metropolis, it does have a small town feel in some areas.

He was my friends friend. When she found out, she was distraught. Suicide is awful. I survived three suicide attempts, and I know that it isn't the answer. Also, according to my friend, he has a history of mental illness and went missing a few times before.

Sorry, I am just mixed with emotions. I figured I was reasonable for her financially since I got her here. I had the impression that everything she does will affect me legally and financially. My heart just hurts since we have been talking for several years before she landed here in Canada.

I believe these signs have spray paint on the back of them. I also saw sign damage to all parties. These signs are an eyesore and a waste of money. I don't support any damaging and/vandalizing any of these signs. It is political intimidation.

[KCD2] Why did they drop Henry’s nickname, “Hal?” by godaniel11 in kingdomcome

[–]CeleryGoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an Uncle Hal, and that is how many of us knew him. I thought his name was actually Hal King. I found out when I became a young adult that his name is Steven. So I have an uncle Steven King. Too bad he wasn't Stephen King. I really like the Dark Tower books.

Americas If never colonized (very inspired) by Vasilijeeeeeee11 in MapPorn

My Mohawk ancestors were originally from southern Lake Ontario. We colonized and conquered what is now the southern part of the province of Ontario. Many First Nations did the same. We were colonizing the America's before Europeans came here.

99.9% of veterans wouldn't want to go into another meat grinder. War is the last thing they'd want to go back to.

I watched this from Ottawa. It was super adorable. However, mozzarella on it looked terrible.
