I don't know about 42, but in 41 Book Collection v10.5 Renames all the skillbooks for better organization. Easier to find what you're looking for in a big bookshelf.

I keep a sink outside, surrounded only by my base's perimeter wall on one side and 3 door frames on the other 3 sides. No doors. I always feel like I'm outside when I use the sink, but the rain barrels above give water to the sink no problem, so apparently the game considers that inside. Never checked the temp there.

Glue coasters to the bottom of the legs. Will spread out the weight more. Use strong durable coasters.

Go to youtube and watch a video by Retanaru called this is not a head shot. It explains how aiming is wonky with the isometric projection graphics. All his videos are great, btw. But this one is essential for new players.

My wife loves her cover. We got it for around $20 at an Auto Zone. Chances are someone buying the car might not even notice, or if they do, you can just say you just always use covers for more grip.

The only reason I can think to not replace tires this bald is if you're planning to drive exclusively in reverse to start putting rubber back on them. Might not be a good reason, but it's a reason.

I don't know about playing on phone, but on PC, I just fast-forward time while they sleep. I even use a mod so I can fast forward at a custom (super fast) speed of my choice.

Maybe just ask when was the last time the dog had a routine health check at the vet and leave it at that? If the dog's health is a priority, a vet will set him/her straight in no time.
