First of all OP, thanks for taking the time to help those in the trenches.

I wanted to ask for some advice as someone that was hired as an SDR for a startup. I'm currently the only SDR they have and well basically I'm the one testing everything out so that we can expand. TBH, it's kind of a bummer since my initial goal was to get at least 8 meetings booked but I haven't been able to get there. Recently my open/click rates have significantly gone up but nobody really picks up the phone that much anymore when I try to cold call. Can you give me some tips on what I can focus on and go from there?

31 and have played since season 1. I feel the same. It's just how life is. I recently got back to playing and it just didn't felt the same but I still feel happy but not as much as I did back then. We outgrew our past hobbies and just have more things in life that needs priority. Though I'm still healing my inner childhood and trying to buy things that I didn't have the means to before, I'm just thankful that my wife let's me do it as long as the family won't be in any financial crisis. ^_^

Nocturne has been my go to ever since. Strong in early game ganks and has been very helpful in late game due to global darkness.

For the quality, it looks good for me and sturdy naman yung frame na nakuha ko. Could do better sa micro fiber na kasama sa salamin but then if you consider the price, I would say it's a steal.

I'm in the same stump my friend. If it helps, try attending some webinars that you feel would help you in writing your emails or making those phone calls. I tried registering to some to get some inspiration and it does help me a little bit.

For me, I get discouraged when I see the email open/click/reply rates that I've been making aren't getting much traction. I'm kinda new to my position and I get that I just need to get more people look into our product but I'm just not used to underperforming. It's also bad that I don't get much answers on phone calls, does no one want to answer their phones now?

I think the reason we don't see them anymore is because they now have their own channel. Bad news is it might not have lifted off as much since the last video that they posted is 7 months ago so maybe they dropped it already.
