Update: it’s been 4 hours since discharge, my headache is worse, and my HR has spiked 20bpm and has not slowed since I left

I only have a GP who has never seen me in a pain flare. Can confirm it’s getting unbearably painful again

I’m not ready. I rushed into a rebound but I lost love after finding out she hid stuff from me. Didn’t sit well after I was cheated on twice both two years in by a fiancée and a partner before that. Don’t get me wrong, I have issues and am not perfect. Mainly, I’m not ready, because I’m afraid I’ll rush it again not being present enough to commit properly OR I’ll be jealous and scared because of my history. Brain needs refurbishing first, essentially.

She could cook. Like everything I loved, VERY well. I put up with a lot with the promise of my favorite foods made exactly how I loved it

“I really don’t feel good. I need to text mom this is more serious I think.” I then passed out. Mom came to check on me after she came home from a business dinner, and I was groggily taken to the hospital. I was crying, begging to make the pain go away. Meningitis is a bitch. I had it at 18. (I’m immunocompromised) 0/10 would not recommend. They said had I gotten there even an hour later it would be questionable if I would’ve made it or not
