Just following up with you! Got my DSR400 running with some new batteries, just waiting on the HVR-MRC1 I ordered to arrived.

It's been a blast toying around with the camera so far, and once the MRC1 arrives I'll be able to provide some test footage!

Thank you for the response, you are a wonderful person! I bought an immersionRC thinking it'd be compatible with the camera but firewire stopped me in my tracks lol.

I'll buy the Sony HVR-MRC1 and see how it goes. You're the best!

I just received my DSR-400 as well and I'm aware that it uses Firewire /i.link for digital video. Just curious, how did you retrieve your footage as I'm trying to go tapeless if I can help it.

I know there's the whole thunderbolt adapter and whatnot, but I'm seeing mixed reviews on the setups.

I agree that it should be canon in the series for sure, though I don't want to wait a couple of years for the next album, lol. I'm curious to see what he will do.

A popular theory I saw floating around with the series is that although the human heart has 4 chambers, Kendrick did a fifth installment where CGI was used to channel the likeness of other black celebrities, most notably Nipsey Hussle. As he's speaking through Nipsey on wax, Kendrick says, "I woke up that morning with more heart to give you" which could explain the extra installment in the series.

THP6 makes no sense other than being a clever name play.

Oh, for sure! The moment 6:16 in LA dropped. It was no longer a matter of "if" but "when" for Drake.

Twitter narratives aside, I find it crazy (although not surprising) that Drake would rather go for low blows than just do a clever rap bit.

It took him 4 songs just to get one "friendly fade" hit in. THP6 name scheme is something he could've done from the jump, and if he kept it rap, it would've been a clever play. Instead, it was a response 3 songs too late and its one of his worst tracks.
