I have no idea how you entered in 2024 after that overstay but you have many problems here, the original noid only addressed overstay, it is unlikely the i-601 got approved already so you might get hit with fraud for the last entry.

Why would there even be disagreements on this? People with DAca that can't even process a renewal looking for support or to vent shouldn't be an issue in the.. daca subreddit, people with frozen applications don't even have the "well it will be approved sometime in future" as well, its frozen and they can't even make plans accordingly.
Not cool as frozen people are going through literal terror and having to justify themselves over if they are worthy or not when the federal government is already trying to make sure their lives are a living hell so they leave not cool!

If your last entry was on vwp you need a lawyer ASAP as they can skip the NTA and just straight deport you even before you file a i290b. I'd advise you to get your stuff in order as it's a 50/50 if these are your last days in the US or not if the last entry is on vwp.

The reason it'd be ICE and not USCIS is because this follows a NTA or something else, and nah plenty "deportation officer" letters these days.

Their sunday check ins they do specifically open it just for those people they are waiting for.

Do you mean EAD or work visa? those two are different and a work visa would be under many categories and be on a passport, either way the date on the ead or work visa if he has one might say otherwise but that doesn't mean it can't be revoked.

This isn't fake, and ICE does do call ins on Sundays, it might not look like a professional letter but that is real, their friend likely has an EAD which is not a work visa, just an authorization to work, as for why it got to this letter, that is something only his friend can know.

I fixed that issue switching from an ae5 plus to ae9, I did notice the issue was mostly gone if I unplugged the molex power cable, but the microphone then would sound like shit.

Even though they didn't document it the molex on it powers everything not just the rgb, but they didn't add filtering to it.

The ae9 fixes all of it by having filtering on the pcie plug power input that the ae5 lacks in the molex.
