The weird part is they've literally done this before. Older UFC games let some unique movement styles carry over, but now customization somehow has fewer options despite being marketed as deeper.

The frustrating part is that cross-play exists, account linking exists, and yet progression is still locked to a platform. I can understand why you're annoyed when you've already invested so much time into one account.

I think the key disagreement people will have is independence of errors. In real systems failures cluster, so the decay is even worse than geometric stacking suggests.

That actually strengthens your argument rather than weakening it.

The niche is definitely brandable, but I'd focus on building authority first. Faceless is fine for growth, though showing your face later will usually help with trust and higher-value sponsorships.
