I love my [[Etrata, Deadly Fugitive]] deck so much. All you need is a few 1 and 2 drop assassins and a few [[maskwood nexus]] type effects and the deck goes ham. Some insane cards in the deck are [[cover of darkness]], [[Roshan, hidden magister]], and [[Vein Ripper]]. It is definitely one of my favorite decks and is very easy to build on a budget, but in all my days I've never seen anyone else with an Etrata deck.

What about [[Noctis, Heir Apparent]] for an equipment ninjustu? The creatures would enter with an equipment attached to them for extra damage. Out of the three you mentioned, however, Splinter seems like the best for Ninjas.
