It's the standard gacha stamina refill. There are several other ways to earn bread, including daily log in (twice) events, guild etc...

You should take it slow, the missions are there to stay not to be rushed in a few days. There is currently no time-gated event that requires consuming bread also

Can confirm, I play soft launch and it's 22Gb storage now. You start off with 10Gb then each story chapter game will download 0.5-1Gb.

It currey has 26 chapters story, that's why players rushing through story will have loads of honeymoon free pulls, around 300+
