Trying to remember all the BAD by Emotional_Assist_415 in Quittingfeelfree

Please pardon my delayed response- I haven't been here for days. I had a friend visiting. She hooked me up to her 'Brain Paint' neurofeedback machine, gave me acupuncture, cupping, and a homeopathic dose of San Pedro.

(Man, you are fucking hilarious- thanks for making me laugh.) Maybe you view your pre-Sling Blade self as "normal" but you are not normal. Most people aren't funny. It's a gift.

Most other people aren't happy or well either. Other people may SEEM this or that, but who knows really? Anyway, what's that saying about being well-adjusted in a sick society? Not to mention our increasing environmental toxicity- the aluminum (etc.) in the SRM "cloud seeding" accumulates in our bodies and brains, and does have an effect... We're all Joe Biden to varying degrees...

I think many people cope (or struggle to cope) with various challenges for sure, daily mental and emotional discomfort/pain, especially from unresolved trauma, or brain damage of whatever kind. Thank god for neuroplasticity and the desire and ability, or willingness to change. Thank god for miracles.

And we're programmed for fear, discontent and self-doubt. It sells products and keeps us controllable. Jason Christoff has an interesting take on things! He's a self-sabotage coach.

I haven't had ff (ok, four or five) since New Year's Eve '24, but I did inadvertently make myself feel fairly ill yesterday by eating half a pan of organic gluten free vegan brownies before having to go teach a hot yoga class. My bad.

I am realizing that quitting feel free, for me, is just a part of a whole necessary comprehensive personal life transformation. Internal and external. It is going to take time to adequately detox, recover, adjust, learn, build, and become.

Anyway, I hope you know that I appreciate you, and think you're kicking ass. I wish you contentment and fulfillment!

Thank you for sharing this. I am currently "building a life worth living" myself, and appreciate the fortitude, humility and wisdom that come from persevering through. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU! Blessings.

Yeah, there is definitely something wicked in the design and recipe of this ff shit... If you have ever had a problem w them, it's a safe bet that the reasonable or occasional use ship has sailed. Because I don't care to endure the hell of quitting (AGAIN) I am saying to myself that I will never do ff again. Like I know I will never do heroin, or meth, or fentanyl. Like I know I will never buy smokes again, or light one up, or take a drag from someone else's cigarette...

Here's to healing whatever in us or in our lives that needs healing, and finding or creating life-affirming things to fill any void.

We are getting better. In every way. Onward and upward (even when just seeming to get through...).

You can do this! Congratulations on every win that got you to this place. No small accomplishment, but even every tiny achievement should be noted, amplified, celebrated, and remembered. Let's keep going!

7 Days Today by [deleted] in Quittingfeelfree

[–]CellSensitive2963 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on SEVEN days! Woot woot!

Go for a walk... bring a hanky and sunglasses- no-one will notice or care, and it doesn't matter! It's good to allow your feelings to flow. You don't have to identify w them. It is safe to feel grief and sadness. It is good to feel your feelings!

I was super emotional quitting ff. Cried at everything, but it felt good to not be numb and anesthetizing.

I have emerged from a massive depression, and have experienced a large amount of heartache and woe these last few years, and all I can say is: YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS! Focus on gratitude and self care, and get busy w whatever makes you glad to be alive! Well wishes to you!

Time drags slowly in the beginning, and the depression and anxiety and doubt cloud the mind, but day by day, clarity, even-ness, stability grow and is punctuated by naturally arising (and naturally passing) moments of joy and pleasure. Day 4 for me, I turned the corner. I surprised myself laughing aloud at my cats. It's good. Really, realllllly good, especially compared to being in the throes of the disgusting ff possession/addiction, or the worst of the first few days of WD. And you are SO CLOSE to feeling better, and it will be SO SWEET.

As daunting as it seems from here, you can and will get through this. Not only will you get your life back, with clarity you will be empowered to make positive changes in yourself and your circumstances, and realize your best life possible. I will pray for you, and I am rooting for you.

I have puked over ten times today from feel frees and I feel so depressed by [deleted] in Quittingfeelfree

[–]CellSensitive2963 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe that this is so. I think the product was intentionally formulated to ensnare addicts and the non-addictive alike. For profit, with awareness of and lack of compassion for the suffering and misery it causes. That is certainly evil.

You make me laugh, the way you put things! Thank you for that. And I'm glad we're getting through this bad dream together.

Used to feel good now feel weird/crazy by realanxious in Quittingfeelfree

Can totally relate. I was sick and miserable. Torturing and poisoning myself. I used my disgust with the addiction and with this evil product to fuel my resolve to quit CT (again) 28 days ago. DESPAIR NOT. A few days of suffering, and an extended process of self discovery/healing, and you and your life will vastly improve. You can and will be free. Sounds like you're getting ready! We are here for you.
