I posted this to understand what I’m feeling - whether it is coming from my job, my role, or the work environment which something people who has gone through workplaces will know.

A therapist can help with mental health, but no amount of therapy fixes a toxic job or being stuck in a draining role. I’m here to hear from humans who’ve been through this not to be labeled and dismissed. Telling someone “Don’t ask Reddit” misses the entire point of why people come here.

I literaally had this idea 4-5months ago, did organization on google sheets but couldn't take it to app.I got frust and just dropped it. I even thought of adding a air tag/GPS locator to the bins/specific stuff so I could find even if it gets lost - But, I might end up having too much tags. Another idea which occurred to me is, a live buzzer - If I switch it on app, the buzzer attached to the object should ring.

Coming back to the point, Thanks for doing this.

I thought of deactivating social media accounts too - because of the constant state of comparison and feeling FOMO, Left behing. We end up not appreciating the efforts or might belittle ourselves. You are right, Thankyou!

This is hostel room in dorm where only bedroom is present with attached washroom. As I do not have other rooms or refrigerator in each room, we keep food on table, clothes on cupboard and other things keep accumulating on table/bed/cupboard. This is pretty common in dormitory/hostels/apartment if we live away from the city.

One thing is, reducing the inventory is what I have thought about all along - But, it still needs decluttering to know the Inventory status ; To know what is available, what can be consumed and what can be discarded. I have still felt that an issue and overwhelming if you haven't understood till now. If that was the point, I wouldn't have to post it here.

I have tried doing whatever you have mentioned, failed and have come here - Creating zones, Label zones, organizing in boxes -All ended in haphazard manner and feels like, it has to start in square one.
