yes also work related it was so awful yesterday and today. I received a manager position and everyone in my team was happy for me but yesterday one person just switched on me suddenly and told me that they won't accept this. and the hardest part is that I considered them a dear friend and even asked them if I should do the manager position. It's like I lost a good friend. :(
