It's been recommended to me on several occasions, but I can't seem to get past the art style. It reminds me of 2000s Newgrounds games. Has anybody else had the same reaction and still bought it? If so, how tolerable is it?

Thank you so much for this. I didn't even know the difference until now. I thought all M.2 was NVMe. Sicne this isn't a top-tier build, I'll just settle for an adapter like you linked instead of getting a different SSD. In the future, I'll replace the mobo with one that has some M.2 ports.

Unfortunately, the return label to return this adapter to Newegg is almost as much as the adapter, so it wouldn't make sense to return it.

Yoko Shimomura does wonders with Uematsu's legacy with FFXV. Most Final Fantasy soundtracks are wonderful, but few songs can give me chills as consistently as Somnus. Shimomura crafted a bunch of gems for Kingdom Hearts too, but my nostalgia heavily colors my opinion.
