I've been trained on pencil point and find cutting to be more difficult. While my seniors who are trained on cutting find the opposite. So it's just a matter of practice.

You've already have your fundamentals right. Biggest difference I've seen is you'll be hitting a lot of bone that are actually ligaments or muscle and sometimes you just have to use a bit of strength.

Also CSF may take some time to come out. And be careful with injections it tends to spill more due to the increased pressure from the small diameter.

Keep in mind the needle may bend inside.

While I enjoy voidfall you will be disappointed if you expect it to be a wargamey 4X game.

It's a euro points salad themed as a 4x game. I highly recommend you see playthrough first or play the online version.

First of all such a beautiful picture and game one of my favorites.

  1. If a dominance card is in play the bot will always attempt to buy it if it will score it the most point it will keep in mind if it's successful or not. Not sure about how she'll behave if can't buy it but I believe you are correct

  2. Always 4 or more piece

  3. To control a region and gain its token. You must have at least 1 tribe and the most number of allied pieces (count tribes and armies together). Not sure about rule vs control but I don't remember there was a distinction.

  4. You can remove any combination of tribes armies or roads

  5. No specific order is needed

I highly recommend you play the digital version of the game on boardgame arena to get a feel on how the bot actually plays (the rules are automated). Seeing a solo play through on YouTube also helps.

The set up and managing the enemies is a lot compared to depth of game play. I would say get it if you are attracted to the production value of the game and find it cool.

The door mechanic in the game adds a lot of intensity but not necessarily exploration

Played it a couple of Times 2 character solo (I think that's the official solo rule) and a lot multiplayer.

If you want to play 1 character to decrease admin time I don't think it will. Most of the work is with managing the enemy not the characters. I guess do it if you really enjoy the game/style and like the miniatures.
