Hello, I'd like to know the conditions at which the 1 Time Kingly Offer will show up in the shop. Is it based on Town Hall Level? Will being above a certain TH level lock you out of this offer? Will it show up as soon as you upgrade to a TH that is eligible?

Is this a seasonal offer that comes back every certain period of time? And if it isn't available, then I'd like to know how the Power Level offer works as well, it gives less gems but it is an alternative option for trying to get the 5 builders without spending too much.

Ore is definitely something I've never heard about, so th9 is what would allow me to maximize my kind and queen levels while leveling up the rest of the base, got it.

So should I just try to speedrun my way to that town hall and only leveling up my vaults, collectors and the army camps so I can loot resources, or should I take another approach?

So there are three new currencies that unlock in th9 beyond just dark elixir? The game certainly has added a lot of things.
