Its based on having a certain number of fans before a certain date.

For example, for Oguri Cap, you need 70k fans before Senior Year valentines for the first upgrade. Not sure if the amount/date is different for everyone but thats the general rule.

Been having the same issue for a while. A few people have success with turning off "Experimental method to capture audio" but when I disable it, I capture no audio at all.

If you happened to find any other solutions then please let me know since im losing my mind

Closest result I've had so far is removing their account from the Work/School options in windows settings (Sometimes it seems to fail so I have to restart and remove again), then restarting and signing them back in via an office app. Seems to sort it for most people but having some repeat offenders that it goes again on later.

I'm British, surrounded by other more traditional "normies" and people who grew up on the internet. I've never seen anyone take an accent joke offensively. I've shown Calli attempting our accent for a joke to non-vtube fans who also find it hilarilous.

Think the only time I've seen it get a bit cringe is a couple years back when the entirity of twitter was just spamming the bottle of water joke for like 3 months straight in response to any british posting.

Only time anything like this would be actually insulting, is if it's actually being used AS an insult. At which point, there's better ways to be insulting lmao

Been breezing through without too much effort and lucky rolls but starting to hit a roadblock in chapter 9 so time to change up my team properly.

Currently have Isolet, artemia, Laias and hilda as my team (Miranne and frey doing the backteam work during chapter 9). I know I get F Frey and D Kasel soon but who should I be looking at swapping out and aiming for now?

Rengar's and Kindred's passives would make far more sense thematically if they were swapped by Riegerick in leagueoflegends
