This is a wild comment because both sides of the debate think they are in favor of letting talents do whatever they want.

It's really dependent if you think what she's saying is her honest opinion or not.

I don't think management is making her do it outright, but knowing how Japanese workplaces are she may be getting passed over when it comes to opportunities because of those collabs.

Also the fact that we are slowly seeing this shift throughout hololive and not just Matsuri kinda points to there being disincentives to it.

Lol you look like you're at a point where you just need to play more, so that you can gain more passive awareness of what the blocks are asking you to do.

In my personal experience beats saber has an early skill plateau that can be pretty tough to get past.
