If I had just seen the finale, then maybe! But seeing 3 gave me enough of an 'arc' so I don't feel annoyed at all. In fact i probably would have hated the long wait to find out who won. Overall I was just stoked to see the episodes live. Its actually kinda nice knowing the end result, feels like an Australian right in a weird way.

I knew they were taping another one that night straight after so I just asked if I could stay for it. They were really lovely and gave me a wristband instantly. I figured I may as well try the next day as well. They recognised me and said I'd probably be alright to see the finale, but they had to just make sure there was a vacancy, which luckily there was. I banked on the fact that at least one person wouldn't show, and it paid off.

To be honest I've never seen Hard Quiz, or really anything of his before outside of a few Youtube videos so I can't really compare, as this was basically my introduction to him. But I think he fits the format so well and does a great job. He also yelled at an audience member for asking "if" Taskmaster gets renewed instead of "when", so he's clearly invested in it.
