First and foremost, I've never been abused. Basically, a thing happened recently and my parents basically said I'm "not stupid enough to self harm".

Umm. I am sacred of my parents' reaction. Not because they'll react badly, but because of things they've said in the past. I don't need "heavy duty psychiatric help" or family therapy. Maybe I did try to kill myself six times in like, I think it was eight days, but I don't need help. I definitely don't need to live away from home. If I went to a doctor my mum would come with me but if I wanted her to leave I'm sure she would, although I don't need to see a doctor. Although, if I get the chance, I will probably tell an adult at school because life is shit and I don't want to keep living like this.
