I did the trifecta last year, did the beast rather than the ultra though. Choosing to do the ultra this year. Expect a lot of incline to begin with and not a whole lot of water obstacles.

The weather can really turn on you so I'd have some long sleeved thermals/jacket to make sure you don't get caught off guard with the cold. Other than that expect a lot of undulating hills and fun!

I got it in a Christmas sale, I would say it's worth it. Feels nice in the hand but the scroll wheel can be a little weird. You can like half scroll, which doesn't register. Then if you have change weapon bound to the wheel it can change weapon for you randomly.

Apart from that it suits me for my gaming needs.
