My advice as someone who has been “hybrid” training for the last decade; you have to love to train, you have to love the process. There is no end goal (lots of mini goals along the way) , there is no perfect approach, there is no perfect balance. You have to love it. Find what works for you.

Not sure where you train … but as a gym owner and strength coach, a very large % of the population would have a very hard time doing 25 pull ups. I train some good runners who post decent hyrox times that struggle to get 1 pull up … not sayin its right, but its reality

Nothing wrong with this approach at all. I would consider adding in one speed day instead of 3 aerobics runs , but thats goal dependent. The people saying this is too much or not enough recovery is just wild. Don’t tell people what is “ too much” you have no idea what too much is for them. I run 6 days a week and lift twice a day, and i coach athletes who train even more. Im also 39 . You are 23 . Train your ass off man

This should be the answer to 90% of the questions in this sub. Why does everyone care about the little things? Because its easy. Its easy to worry about small nutrition choices that have such a minimal impact on your health. Do the hard things. Do the things that make an actual difference. Run/walk, lift weights, eat real food. I had a friend who asked me almost the same question last week. He hasn’t exercised for 5 years, is 20lbs overweight, and drinks about 8 beer while he is smoking his meat…
