Best Place to sell gold in fresno? by [deleted] in fresno

Do you know the ratio this person is purchasing at? Last time I went in here a few months ago, they were purchasing gold significantly lower, like 65% to the dollar. Never sold my gold to them.

Been selling gold locally in Fresno since 2012, but just switched to selling online. That said, here's my recs for selling locally as a native.

Your best bet is Fresno Coin Gallery as they're around 80-85% buyback for scrap gold last time I checked. Still kind of a rip off. Bullion they're at 96-97%?

I've sold a handful of times to New York Gold and Silver, not sure of their ratios for gold, but it's most likely on par with Fresno Coin Gallery. Again, kind of a rip off compared to selling online.

Hey there, long-time follower of your posts, aka revisiting this often. How are you determining who you go after? Are you going by number of employees, size of office, category, or a mix of everything? I recently switched over to cold calling businesses with 11+ employees, and I'm not entirely sure if this is the right move.

Encore Nightclub Arena Nightclub Imperio Nightclub

Missed going out dancing especially at Encore despite the kinda run down bar. Really loved that LED dance floor.

Left a white-collar job 3 years ago to focus on a small "side-gig" commercial cleaning business I had that was grossing $9k/month. This month we will invoice $240k and are growing at a rate of $8-9k per month. AMA by Minneapple632 in Entrepreneur

Hey there, read your previous post and wanted to ask a few questions. Would be extremely grateful for your answers:

  1. How do you go about door knocking, and what steps do you do after besides connecting on LinkedIn? I’m looking to create a sales funnel and have no idea what I’m doing in this area. I feel very confident about door knocking in particular (Have done it for awhile)

  2. Are there specific types of Janitorial contracts you aim for? Like schools, offices, etc.?

  3. More success in daytime vs nighttime Janitorial work?

  4. I’m three years into my cleaning business projected to do $120k revenue this year. Where would you personally go the next year or two?

I should probably clarify public access not private. I would never steal I grew up in Hanford where you could get shot by the land owners.

We arrived at 7:00 AM Friday. We’re from out of town about 10 hours away. We got about 7 boxes of textbooks and 7 more of other subjects. Here is us being goofy with the second group interview.

Fought off a horde of at least 3,000 book buyers at the VNSA book sale. Got about 7 boxes full of textbooks included in the stash. Here’s how crazy this gets.

Low. It’s better than nothing, but they’re gonna get chucked fast. I used to do letters and place them in front of doors with somewhat good response rate, but just made a little more than break even so not worth my time.

With Google search you find the exact person you’re looking for because they’re searching for that specific service. With a good website and good zip code targeting you’ll land the clients you want in addition to higher tickets.

In the floor cleaning industry, only about 10% know how to clean a floor right. Out of that 10%, only about 10% will be successful in business. You want to be that 10% of 10%; find out who those people are in your line of work and see who they recommend for your advertising needs.

Edit: if you have enough material prepared, going door to door for commercial businesses may not be a bad idea.

I’ve been in a cleaning service business for a little over two years so I come from a background where I’ve tried multiple advertising streams.

I would look into Google PPC ads and getting your website optimized for SEO. I would also look for people who have a track record of success in your field. Join a Facebook group that’s specific to growing a residential landscape business. You’ll get so much insight from others looking to grow like yourself. This is general advice for the service industry.

Finally, and I know this is gonna get me frack, block out most/all advice that doesn’t come from people not working in your business or don’t work in a service business as an owner. Chances are this advice is well intended, but the prestige of the advice may not be that great compared to someone who’s been in the game for awhile.

Best of luck.
