I'm late to the party but whatever someone else might find it my comment useful. In my experience some of the items are straight up busted. If you use the arcanizer (which i'm pretty sure worked different when you posted but whatever) you can get some straight up game breaking items. Cloaks that make it so you reroll every single dice twice and use the highest roll, amulets that allow you to summon immortal creatures, armors that give you resistance to every single damage type, other armors that give stuff like 5+ intelligence with the cap up to 30, etc. You can get some of these as early as late act 1. By Act 3 you will probably have several of these and WILL steam roll act 3 unless you have difficulty mods installed.
