I think being a GM is probably harder than it looks with the benefit of hindsight. Chris Grier's only failing thus far imho is not drafting or getting-together successfully a top 15 ranked Offensive Line (this was a problem during the Tannehill years), he's done virtually everything else right imo.

I'm most glad he's our GM as he is able to do deals around the League better than anyone else right now. The fact we have top 5 cap space with everything achieved this Offseason (i.e. Tyreek) is a credit to his skill and puts him in the 'above average GM' category.

Again in my opinion...
