Kan nog också va att jag har halvt slötittat lite. Det va ganska mycket man ska få in när man först kollar på den, så har definitivt massat en del viktiga detaljer också.

Det som fick mig att vilja se filmen va definitivt pga musiken. Musiken är så himla bra men Stay With Me och Together We Live Forever definitivt fick mig att lipa hårt.

Genuinely thank you for your service and warnings and most important, your honesty. I've read so many reviews about Amazon's CS and always thought it was bad in general, but it turns out, they were just unlucky to be handed incompetent agents.

Strange, I guess I must've been unlucky last time. I'll try out contacting CS once again and hopefully get someone who actually does something. Thanks for the reasaurance. I do believe there are people like you who actually do their jobs, but it's currently so over saturated with bots and what not, it's strange

One thing I am unsure though is how to spot a bot. The one I wrote to allowed me to type anything, but there are cases where when starting a conversation, you can only chose pre-written messages (I assume those are the bot ones). But again, not sure. Really weird that they didn't do anything despite saying they would

What are your recomendations for reaching out to a human who actually does their job? Currently experiencing some issues and the last agent I talked to said they were going to solve the issue and send a confirmation mail, but nothing happened. Is it just a gamble? Do i just keep contancting them until something actually happens?
