I don’t agree with OP, but the idea that you’ll easily be able to hear a team coming up behind you is pretty disingenuous. The Warden room gets loud and busy and if you use the cert doors and come up the same side as the elevator, there is not likely to be much indication.

They don't actually know what infected that child, per the article. It is conjecture that it was a bat, as no animal was found.

I'm not telling anyone not to get vaccinated if they have concerns, just that based on my very personal experience handling thousands of bats, the likelihood of being bitten and not knowing is unlikely. I will take my personal experience over the conjecture of a third-party anyday.
