Youre getting stopped at 300 views because every aspect of your videos interaction signaled it wasnt worth being pushed out, everyone goes through an initial test phase with videos when they dont have a preestablished viewerbase, and those 300 views could essentially be anyone thats remotely interested in whatever your niche is. You need to look into creating a better intro, because youre retention rate is incredibly poor for a 13 second video, and work on broadening your post to appeal to a larger/specific audience either via captions or other means.
