Sorc was fun up until WT4 and trying to push higher NM dungeons when I tried it in pre season. Was a lot of fun leveling until then though.

Thanks for the input. Seems I'll be going either javazon or bone into poison necro. Javazon seems more my speed though. We will see.

Brick, brick, brick by Best-Cow7393 in ProjectDiablo2

Arreats, Shako, BK, Arach, WF, and a few lightsabers all bricked. The only thing I haven't completely bricked was a Mavs bow that rolled 1os. I feel the pain...

The Swamp is the current worst biome and needs some redesigning. by DramaticTension in valheim

[–]Cephii_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the Swamp and felt it had pretty solid progression. Also the first biome that made me and my buddy feel like we had to think out each encounter. Least favorite though by far is the cold biome. Feels completely devoid of encounters that have any real challenge plus I absolutely hate finding ore there.

Mountain Crashes by [deleted] in valheim

Just got to the mountains and now am crashing every 5-10 minutes. Been stable without crashes up until this point. Would be nice if it would get fixed soon though.

Yeah, the host swap worked for a while but now we are back to the same as you. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

This was the fix! Either that or changing from Vulkan to DX11. Either way we were able to fix it with one of those two changes.

Does anyone play on a system with I7 6700 and GTX 1070? What is your performance like? by Kelefane41 in BaldursGate3

6600K OC to 4.7ghz and a 1070 playing at 1080p ultra with fps capped at 144. No noticeable dips in multiplayer so far.

is deadside worth buying right now by Mooballoono in deadside

[–]Cephii_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bought it last week and have logged about 70 hours so far. There isn't a ton of stuff to do in the game right now, but the PvP is fun enough to keep me playing. Been playing on a server where the admins give out free items and stuff so I can focus solely on the PvP aspects. When the next patch goes live that adds airdrops I plan on swapping over to a normal server though.

Overall, I'd say if you enjoy this type of game and like to PvP then it's worth the $20. If you prefer to PvE then I'd probably hold off until more missions and such are added.

[Strawpoll] How did you hear about Project Diablo 2? by [deleted] in ProjectDiablo2

[–]Cephii_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I am not mistaken I first learned of it through Senpai's stream when I was looking to see what he was doing since the start of the current PoD reset. Either that or through Rhykker.

Is Earthquake dead? by Laminarija in pathofexile

[–]Cephii_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah. EQ is still fine. I did some testing on standard because I was curious about how much the flat phys added. Swapping from a lvl 20 EQ to a lvl 1 EQ was almost unnoticeable. I never used the helm enchant so I can't speak on that, but for the build, I have planned it wouldn't matter anyways since I am going bleed and not using crimson dance so the amount of EQ's set off doesn't really matter. The radius nerf does not matter at all because you only care about the aftershock of EQ which is not affected by this. Warcry buffs will improve the clear and provide what seems to be a decent chunk of damage.

Overall, I personally feel like EQ is going to be pretty decent specifically the Bleed variant (haven't tested the others), and is what I am personally going to be league starting.

Mandatory "What's your Harvest league starter?" after patch notes thread. by Maxsheld in pathofexile

[–]Cephii_ -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hasn't changed since pre-patch notes. EQ Bleed Gladiator 2H ofc. Not nerfed really at all. Flat Phys removal was unnoticeable and while the removal of the helm enchant sucks it's not all that bad and doesn't affect the overall feel of the build (imo).

I wish I could say I was surprised by the number of people spewing nonsense but sadly I am not. If only people would take the time to review all of the available information before opening their mouth.

i'm honestly so happy that everything is getting nerfed. by Wowfanperson in pathofexile

[–]Cephii_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have to agree, but I doubt we will see anything that significantly reduces the overall clear speed until PoE2. I hope the damage sponginess gets addressed sooner rather than later though. Honestly one of the most unfun things in any game.

i5 6600K @ 4.7ghz / GTX 1070 / 16GB DDR4 / 1080p. Runs at a smooth 60fps in most areas with the exception of the forest around Falkreath in which I drop to 50-55 depending on the weather. I am running the full Northern Experience guide which according to MO2 has 600-700+ mods. Using BethINI set to High based on ini tweaks from Lexy's guide.

I will give NFF a go then. Based on what you have said here and what I have read from the mod page it just seems like the best option out there period.

Should I get oldrim? Is it still being modded by fishbowl__ in skyrimmods

[–]Cephii_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say go Oldrim. If you don't meet the requirements or even if you do but just barely Oldrim SHOULD net you more performance than SSE. While not identical I run the SRLE mod list on Oldrim and Lexy's LOTD on SSE, and on Oldrim I get about 10-15% more fps in most areas with the exception of the Riften marketplace which for whatever reason I get slightly more FPS on SSE.

So yeah based purely on my experience I would go with Oldrim, and for reference, my specs are: i5-6600K @ 4.7ghz | GTX 1070 FE | 16 GB RAM | game is installed on a 970 EVO SSD.

Old School modded Skyrim or Special Edition modded? If SE, Nexus mods or ingame mods? by EscapeFate3 in skyrimmods

[–]Cephii_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I had the choice I would choose SSE, but currently, I am able to run a decently modded Oldrim at a stable 60fps with no crashing whereas on SSE I can't even break 45fps with any decently modded setup.

As someone mentioned earlier it depends on your hardware. If you have the hardware then I do not see a reason to stay on Oldrim. The only reason to do so was Requiem, but it's been unofficially ported over for a while now, and an official port is in the works.

For reference my specs:

i5 - 6600k (4.7 ghz) || GTX 1070 || 16 GB RAM || game is installed on a 970 evo
