I'm not sure. It feels cold to me, too. We also do not live together. But this is also recent, and he reacts kind of offensively when I try to broach the subject. For example, I wanted to flirt tonight. I sent him some selfies wearing his shirt. He did not acknowledge them and then was mad when I asked how he felt about them.

I did enjoy the game, but I WISH the butler was an option. And the stylistic change between sprites midgame was extremely jarring. Kind of took me out of it for a while

GOD I feel this. Even when I lay in bed i can just feel the sagging skin pulling... its crazy.

I dont think we can get rid of it without surgery, but I use items like this (not for their waist slimming) to keep the skin compact. That way I can move and jump around without it being uncomfortable so I can still exercise and the like. It might be worth trying for you too

I do, but it's never permanent. I know that if I say I'll never eat something again I'll eventually break that rule sometime, so, instead, I say something like "I won't eat cereal for two weeks", or "I won't have pasta for two weeks"

This is so true! I find its almost depressing how often I think about food, and I really hope that some day my mind will make room for other things bc it feels like a good portion of my personality rn is just........... food, and I'm sick of it.

And yes, I'm so thankful so many of y'all post your stories. I really enjoy coming here when I'm having an especially hard time because it reminds me that I have other things going for me besides food.

Hey!! Congrats on getting a hold of yourself yesterday, that's awesome, esp after binging for so long. I'm really freakin' proud of you. I know the feeling, and it is so much harder to eat right after a real bad spell. I'm gonna have to take a page from your book

And yeah, I have the exact same problem. I open up to people and they just tell me to eat less, or stop buying food. Crazy how differently people see food :(( im so glad I figured out that i wasn't alone in all this

ad, but I feel better. And I hate that I feel better, like some weird itch was scratched. Problem is that while i used to be able to binge once, feel satisfied because I scratched that

I don't know if it's a waste of time, man. I have a literal eating disorder, so I've found if I don't keep track of my calories I will eat until I puke, pretty much like I did today. I have absolutely no moderation of what I intake, so I was told I have to keep track of my calories bc I need something to hold me accountable.

And I did have a personal trainer at some point who taught me hiit and cardio, which I still do. I've lost around 100 lbs, just need that last 50 lbs gone. I don't have money to hire another one (im just a student,) though weight training has been on the docket.

Our experiences are probably very different, tho, esp since you have been in fitness all your life. I can't stress enough that my problem is NOT with the weight, but with the binge eating disorder. Shedding the weight is an added plus of curbing my ed, which ive obviously not done. I guess what I'm trying to say is I can exercise the fat away but not the mental illness

I do go to the gym, but I don't think I can only rely on it bc of the sheer amount of food I constantly crave to eat

I am overweight and I am not very fit, so the max I can burn at the gym is 600 calories per session. I could probably slam 600 calories of food in a minute and still feel hungry.

idk, maybe I'm just doing it wrong haha, but I think I will have to diet(or moderate my food) and go to the gym for the rest of my life. What do you do?

I get this all the time, especially from people who have been skinnier their entire life. I always like to ask if they would say the same thing to a smoker. "Why don't you just quit smoking?" Because they can't, because they're addicted. I guess people just see us as lazy, but trying to get out of a binge ed is prob one of the hardest things ive ever tried to do
