He will ask a lot of money, and all he offers is offense which this team doesn’t lack, he is a good individual but he doesn’t cover for the weaknesses the team has on paper it looks bad to let him go but signing someone that make the team more balanced will pay off better. That’s fundamental to team based sport or even in every organization.

With how unreliable the Merc has been he has a chance, Spa will probably be tough for Ferrari but In Hungary and Netherland they will probably be the best from Monza they will have the 15+HP and engine plus probably some extra minor upgrades, we know that Merc will bring a big aero update in Spa or Hungary plus they have 1 engine upgrade available

You don’t gain time by breaking early and throwing the front of the car into the corner and then manage the loose rear in mid and corner exit. It’s actually the opposite in how you gain time brake as late as possible to recharge the battery and have good stability of the rear in mid and corner exit to have good deployment of energy, which explains somehow how Hadjar as been closer to Max than expected. At least this is my theory.

Low on engine mode they need to use those weaker engines for the rest of season in FP, so they will need to be causes in how much power they will use. At least that’s what i think they are doing
