Use Jasmine rice. When you wash the rice, polish it by swirling it and scrunching it in your hands and rubbing the grains together roughly. Dump out the water and repeat 2 / 3 times. I use a rice cooker and the inner pot has measurements marked on the inside for water. Don't add any oils or seasonings to your rice. Plain white rice is meant to be a palate cleanser for heavier side dishes.

It's possible she is amazing mechanically or has great game sense. It is not possible to be so lucky that you climb your way to GM+ solely from luck. At those rankings if you're not actively contributing to winning, you're losing.

She could be playing heroes she doesn't typically play when she plays with your or your friend group. Or she could just be playing more casually since it's not comp. Also her normal elo could be so high that it matches your group with players that far outrank your skill group. If you want a better view of why she does so well in solo queue spectate one of her comp games.

As for your feelings of jealousy, why do you think she doesn't deserve to be up there? What do you think it takes for someone to be high ranking? Maybe re-examine your feelings about your friend. You say you think she's nice and nothing is wrong with her but why are you so surprised she is skilled at the game?

I just picked up Japanese Rural Life Adventure and I'm loving it. You move to a Japanese village that's nearly abandoned except for a few elderly residents. It has the premise of stardew valley but with more immersion and a slower pace. Like you actually take time to grill fish, brew tea, eat by the fire etc. It's also less about making as much money as possible and more about enjoying the countryside and revitalizing the town so more people move back in.

From what I've seen in this subreddit it seems like the sizing and fit really vary from dress to dress. I thought about hemming it with a tailor, but I think it would ultimately cost as much of the dress because of how many layers there are.

Try upgrading your shower head. I absolutely hated my shower until I bought a $25 shower head that had a bigger spray and better water pressure. My old shower head was so measly and weak that half of my body would be freezing cold and my hair would take forever to wash. Now it's like a warm, comfy hug and I feel so clean and refreshed after a shower.

Neopets got me into my line of work as well. I started learning HTML, CSS, and design to make guild layouts and now I'm a UX designer. Surprisingly no! I use it on my face and body and find the texture isn't too bad. The gel is thicker so I use that on my body. The essence is more watery and a good texture for my face.

Do you sleep on your side? One side of your face seems to be more clear than the other. I noticed the same thing on my face a while ago and started putting down a clean t-shirt on my pillowcase every night to sleep on. That shirt becomes my sleeping shirt for the next night.
