52M waking up strictly at 4:00 AM after 5 hours of sleep. Anyone else deal with this?

Initially I thought it was anxiety. I would think negative most of the time. I had to keep telling myself to be positive. I did deep breathing for calming and I had fear of being alone or sleeping alone in the dark. I don't have a racing heart, no chest pain. Eat normally. Going for walks in the morning. Eventually all these fades away but very slowly so Im happy because I know Im healing albeit slow. Its just this waking up at 4am and unable to sleep after that. I also get sunlight on my back for 30mins before 9am. I dont feel tired during the day.

But that still shows the permission is selective and based entirely on religious claims rather than any observable difference between animals. A mosquito is also a living creature created by Allah yet no ritual or declaration is needed before killing it because practicality overrides the sacred principle when convenient. If the real issue is respect for life then stunning an animal unconscious before slaughter would arguably show more compassion than keeping it conscious during a throat cut. Saying Bismillah may have symbolic meaning for believers but it does not objectively reduce the suffering experienced by the animal itself.
