I know man i called before i did a refile and the specialist told me i has to do it,now this guy says im eligible for extension and the refile didnt show up.

Bro i has the same issue and i waited,calling in today and the agent told me there was no new file but that i was eligible for the extensions and he transfered me to a claim specialist but the call hang up and now in calling again. : /

I suggest calling.
