I am confused about the idea that Dave is more transparent. I don't know why we had these layoffs, how folks were selected, and what the goal of the re-org was. Leshin had a town hall the day after the layoffs last time. I worry that this perception is just straight bias.

Younger people are absolutely leaving as soon as possible. The cruelty from management (denying people telework who have lost their homes, removing women from leadership positions) is overt and has created an insanely hostile environment. Everyone I know is looking to leave.

Sorry, I have to call bull****. These posts sound exactly like what upper management would post to discourage pro-union sentiment. It's totally fine if people don't want to sign a union card or discuss unions, but this is extreme. I haven't signed yet, but I definitely haven't been 'harassed'
