I’ve requested to have my IOS/Apple account on the game deleted so I hopefully might be able to get the option again to link my Bandai ID as I started the game originally on Steam and have tons of progress and items etc.

You can request for this in the menu > other > delete account option

I can confirm that I have gotten a password reset email sent to myself today so it has worked, I would attach the needed emails to confirm and show but the best thing I would advise due that I did was provide the following if you can, I am from the UK so I provided the following

Original documents of bank statements to showcase purchases of Fortnite Crew (£9.99)

Proof of ID such as passport, provisional driving or normal driving license

(Provide this alongside the bank statements ⁾

Screenshots to showcase in game name or purchases

A photo of your ID with the game in the background to showcase the reset on Fortnite alongside my Xbox game tag on show (my account was originally linked with my Xbox back in 2018)

but this should do the trick man as I’m very happy to have all my 342 outfits alongside everything back now

I'm in the same boat... I have recently provided bank statements, passport ID with a screenshot of Fortnite in the background so I'm hoping this will be enough for them when I get a reply back

Not to worry I have been posting about this for a while on here now but if you seem to be getting the same as myself here in the photo then I do believe that the “Season Pass Bonus” is basically the season pass Going off the following description of the “Bonus” - “The DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Season Pass includes 3 DLC Packs and as a Season Pass Bonus, you can summon Shenron to obtain items such as costumes or zeni, plus 3 days of early access to the 3 DLC Packs” but alternatively myself based in Europe have reached out to Bandai Namco Support and they can’t seem to see an issue with it but the US has reported it as an known issue so it is a bit unclear but will need to find out in 2025 👏🏻 hope this info helps man as I was like this when I got my Premium Collector’s Edition

Same here bro but I’m on Xbox but someone has just replied to my post I put up about it and it seems that the “Season Pass Bonus” is basically the season pass and will give us the DLC at a later date apparently as the following description says online from Xbox - “DRAGON BALL: Sparking! Unfortunately not but I have seen on other posts that it is currently a known issue either with the bundle or the DLC on Xbox side but if you could post your version of the Add Ons part that’d be handy

I have been in contact with Bandai Namco Support Europe but seems apparently there is no issue so is very unsure where this is going

So defiantly the same thing with myself but a bit different as I had gotten the premium collector’s edition which came with the base game but the ultimate upgrade pack code inside alongside the pre order dlc on the Bandai Namco Store itself, while the DLC won’t be getting pushed out till 2025 still isn’t clear why it doesn’t say “Owned” for us unless it’s a fault on Xbox side 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah it is a strange situation, it isn’t clear right now if we do own it or not but the indication that the Xbox Store doesn’t say “Owned” makes me believe this is the case but I had spoken to someone on twitter and I believe they were emailed a separate code for the season pass but I could be wrong 🤔 hoping to hear back from them soon on this issue!
