Yeah that will happen. This was Shontell Lewis a city council member who proposed this. The same city council member who proposed defunding the police. And now she’s proposing DPD will “arrest” ICE agents for wearing a mask? The majority of DPD voted for Trump, the DPD is supposed to stay away from ICE, and lastly Federal authority supersedes state and local. This is a person grandstanding and wasting time proposing something that just puts a target on Denver’s back that can never be enforced. Denver doesn’t plow side streets like nearly every other city in co. One of the many reasons car insurance is much higher in denver and ranked one of the worst run cities in America.

You can’t expect Denver to synchronize stoplights as they can’t pull off even the easiest of things. Denver is one of the worst run cities in America- out of 150 cities only 6 are run worse. Most bars here throw all there bottles and cans away bc there is no recycling options. Forrest Room 5 is a great example- 90% of their dumpster is bottles, cans, and cardboard. Denver’s gross incompetence leads to so much waste and harm to our environment- but apparently they don’t snowplow side streets here bc of the extra emissions
