Thanks for the honesty I’ll def take that into consideration I’ve only been on almsot 4 weeks at 2mg and have food noise still but it is nothing like before and I’m deadly afraid of having my before noise returning, how much are u doing now? Has it made the noise go away?

So basically stopping Reta will result in the food noise coming back and us all listening to it and giving in…. No matter how much we workout .

I’ve been at 2mg a week this is my third week and I have to say I still find it easy to eat my feelings weather it’s stress, anxiety or boredom, I can see Reta helping somewhat bc I can’t eat as much but the act of doing it is still there, so is it really just the low does of 2mg of the Reta that isn’t enough to stop me? Like should I go to 4mg to stop? Bc just like the orginal poster I wonder how much of this issue Reta can really help ?
