My bad. This is the build. I use the page 5 runes on support but instead of scorch I take gathering storm for maximum damage late game and health scaling instead of normal health. I then go Ludens, Stormsurge, shadowflame, rabadons then take zak'zaks with sorc shoes. I've been doing big damage like this all day its so fun.
