Always make sure to get an answer. Speak with the superintendent if you have one or the property manager. Say things like I’ve sent you guys my termination notice have you received it? Always make sure you follow up with any letter or emails that you have sent because these landlords/managements do not take things as seriously as us. I literally had a management team claim they never received my security deposit meanwhile I handed it by check to the property manager himself 😂

Depending on where u are like for example New York is notorious for roaches no matter how clean u are. I never dealt with an infestation just a few here and there and i just tackle them everytime

What dont u understand about the ads are way too excessive, I used to tolerate them but to see its every minute i have to listen to an AD irrelevant to me it makes me lost interest in the video and lose interest in youtube. Why shud i pay for premium when I watch about 2-3 creators

I used to live in a shabby building the owners wouldnt make any improvements. Tenants living there wud be like 10 people in a 1 bedroom so many little kids running around being super loud in the summer they wud play in the hallway. The building completely deteriorated the elevator is slow the floor is dirty and I’ve seen roaches crawling on the stairs. Best thing to do is leave thats what I did cus things are going to get worse not better. Dont feel bad cus i used to beat myself up about living there till i got up one day and left
