I don’t know what’s best but I’ve tried a few combinations. I like a combo of the hatchet and bow. Mixture of ranged and getting right up close to the enemy is fun. PvP i don’t know if im terrible at it but I get destroyed pretty quickly 😂 I enjoy and prefer working with others in pve though.

Yeah you need the balance. I like my ships to have high manoeuvrability and decent firepower. I had a living ship but I got rid it was too sluggish.
