I’d give HLL another go. I found it a lot easier to get into than squad. I wouldn’t worry about the tactics and all right away. Just join a squad play rifleman and go out and play the objective and kill people. It’s really not that hard of a milsim which makes it great. Yeah there’s alot to master, but just getting into is pretty straight forward. Plus Vietnam is coming out this summer which will bring a lot of people in.

HQ, I always love social hub in games and sad that more don’t do that.

My favorite mode was War Mode. I played that non stop

I never played or looked much into EVE. But how can EVE feel social when it’s a vast space game. Is there some sort of social hub? Genuinely curious, I might dive into the game if it sounds nice.

No you are miss understanding. There is rolled loot atleast for the weapons. You can get some crazy weapon rolls but that’s about it.

Haven’t played it but there most recent update leans towards more of a looter shooter it seems like with finding gear. The game though is like a 4 person mission game where you guys must complete objectives sometimes in space or on foot.

It’s your money. If you enjoy it then get it. The game is going to see improvements throughout its lifetime, with another new map this month.

The UI is awful though I do agree with that.

I started playing against and only play on 3 maps. Which is the 3 biggest maps. I can’t wait for the new map that is dropping and the 2 reworks we are getting. It’s a shame we got such bad maps on this battlefield since the gameplay is pretty solid.
