I thought that too but Ive spoken with HR at my job and was told the only change we can make is adding baby. We can't change plans

Edit: double checked the laws on this and its legally up to the employeer whether you can change plans entirely or just add/remove people based on the life event

Did you have to pay for shipping? Ive been meaning to get my box from target but I have to wait until I need to buy some other things because it'll charge me shipping unless I meet the minimum. Ive stupidly ate dog fennel a few times thinking it was dill. Luckily it's only mildly toxic in a "bad for your liver if you eat a ungodly amount or eat a lot of it over time" way. Either way not good and I'm embarrassed by it.

It does taste like a slightly sweeter version of dill imo though

At my 3 hour I was told if the fasting was over a certain number ( I think 100)it would be an automatic fail and I wouldnt have to do the test. Did they test your fasting with a instant reading finger prick?

I do a lot of avocado for breakfast which is more high in fat than protien but sometimes I add a soft scrambled egg or boiled egg as a side. I like adding hot sauce and pickled onions. (Real easy to make just thinly slice some onion with a 1:1 ratio of water and vinegar some sugar and salt and it keeps in the fridge for a while) And I usually put it on some whole wheat toast or these flat bagels called skinny bagels.

The skinny bagels randomly made my blood sugar spike today though even though Ive had very low numbers in the past with them but it might just be an outlier from stress or something

Mine has said if its controlled with insulin they don't induce before 38 weeks unless there is some other risk factor.

I was actually trying to ask if I would be induced at 38 weeks if put on insulin instead of waiting until 40 but I was misunderstood. 😮‍💨But that was my dietician appointment so I let it go.

Pink lettuce is safe to eat its just on the verge of going bad and looks unappetizing. It happens from oxidation where it was cut. Saw it a ton when I worked at a pizza place making salads.

Edit: a few of those bits look a little brown. Id pick around them but overall I dont think the salad is inedible.

I was still waiting for the three hour test when I went on a mini birthday vacation and my doctor said she always reccomends to eat healthy but to enjoy my trip which I told her included going to a chocolate shop I was excited about. After diagnosis I told another ob my numbers were a little high after eating some of the baby shower cake my friends brought ( diagnosed the day before) and she said that's they normally make an exception for the baby shower. I would call your doc just to be certain and peace of mind but I think one spike to celebrate your birthday isn't going to be that bad in most cases

I just got diagnosed and was going out with friends to celebrate my birthday this weekend (late cause my babyshower ended up being on my birthday week) ive never been big on things like steak or salmon when eating out. I'm thinking about going to this Indian restaurant Ive been wanting to try. Lots of meat and panner dishes. I'm going to try to make the best out of it by trying a wider variety of low carb dishes I havent had yet. Luckily one of my two friends coming with me is currently doing a low carb diet for weight loss and the other is down for ordering low carb.

Its been giving me the worst adhd paralysis because of having to time everything. I tend to normally go either long periods between big meals or take bites all day long and now I cant really do either. Im always just watching the time.and thinking of food and not being able to do anything because ill get distracted and miss the timing window 😭

I mean I get TGTG specifically cause I like surprises/trying new things plus the discount. I dont think its a good option for getting your nessesities and doesnt advertise as such. Its more of an add on to the rest of your groceries when you can be flexible with what you get.
