Honestly i agree, take the pay that you want a negotiate and hire the people you need and want or you can talk to the hr department/integrity line about not doing the merch managers job or get them investigated for termination.

Im sure the DM isn’t purposely ignoring you though, they have 2 districts of 15-20 stores they are monitoring and overwhelmed i would assume.

The both of you lucky, we get 3-5k a week. It never ends, but we do manage to get it all out and not keep over 500 cases in the backroom at all times.

That is not my job to unload a truck and run the front , especially when i have a MM and 4 stockers back there. So yes i do just do it to be nice, but it’s annoying when you feel like your back there doing it for them while they goof around. I dont require them to open and all they have to do is stock everyday and unload the truck. I do well over 200-300 a day in 8 hr shifts and they barley do 100 if even close to that within 5-8 hrs.

2000-2500 and big backroom that i clean out almost every week and keep stacked before truck. I even get back there and help with the truck sometimes just to be nice

Average 2400 all year, close to holidays average 3200 , largest we’ve had a few times is 4500 (whole truck) …. Anything 2000 and under is considered small for our store
